About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

can i fly NZ to shanghai for 48 hours then go to hong kong?

2 days later can i go from hong kong to Beijing for 48 hours then on to London

Yes, you can do that because you are eligible for 72 hours transit in Shanghai.
