Shower facilities for economy travel passengers in Guangzhou Airport.

I have a 7 hour stop over china southern and as an economy passanger in transit from UK woulk like ot know where i might find shower facilities as I am not a business passenger is there somewhere you can pay for this service a transit lounge or something?
