conecting flight transfer at beijing capital airport

arrive at BJ on united from SFO need to transfer to Air China to HKG, Are they both located at T3 ? Need to claim luggage and recheck ? Is 2 hours enough?

Yes, they are both at T3. You should ask United Airlines whether you can take the luggage check-through service. With that, you don't need claim your luggage at BJ Airport any more and it can be transported to HK directly! In this case, two hours are enough for a transfer!
