Philippine nationality living in Japan wanting to travel to China

Hi, my friend is a Filipino and has Philippine passport, I think. He has permanent residence visa status in Japan. And he wants to travel to Hong Kong for eight days in August. What would you recommend to him for getting correct type?

Hi, Philippine passport holders enjoy free entry to HK for a stay no more than 14 days. So he only needs to prepare round-trip ticket and hotel reservation for entry.
