Hi, there are two campus of this university, so which one do you refer to?
If you mean the one on Hanzhong Road, you are suggested to go to Xinjiekou area for shopping. Xinjiekou is around 1km from this university. In that place, you can find Golden Eagle International, Xinjiekou Pedestrain and Deji Plaza.
The temperature in Sep. is around 25 to 30C, hot at noon and cool at night. It rains a little in that month.2
