About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

If I buy the transportation card then I don't need to buy train or bus ticket right in Beijing?

I just use the card when I get in and out of the train or bus right?

For the trains, do you mean the subway trains?
If so, you are right. You can just use your card to take the subway trains and the buses without buying the tickets.

You can use the transportation for taking the airport express, but you cannot enjoy a discount for taking this line.
