Overland route from Jinhong to Kunming

Is there any bus or train from Jinhong to Kunming? Which one is the most convenient? How long does it take?

There is no train between the two places, but the direct buses exist. The bus fare is around 260RMB per person and operates around ten hours.

In my opinion, you can take a flight from Jinghong Gasa Airport to KM. If you buy the flight ticket in advance, the flight ticket will be so cheap. The flight takes around one hour.
