3 days itinerary in hongkong

I have 3 days and leaving on 4th day morning.

1. 2 aged 60 and 65 yrs and 1 young man. Should I buy airport express travel card HK300 to enjoy 2 trips to and from airport and unlimited trips on various MTR?? Or just use the AEL discount for 3pax hk190 single trip.

2. Is it cheaper to travel on big red bus deluxe ticket 48 hrs to cover all 3 routes instead to jump off and on various MTR which is more time consuming and confusing??

3. Since Ngong Ping 360 is nearer to airport and i reached HK by 11+am, can i take a cab to tung ling line and jump on skyrail to Ngong Ping, Tian Tan Buddha and NG village. By afternoon use the cable car to tung ling line to jordon road and back to check in hote. or rather can we pre-check in at airport.
By evening to use free hotel shuttle from metropark hotel kowloon to TST, Avenue of Stars, Mongkok, YMT, Temple street etc.

4. 2nd day to hop on big red bus (sighseeing from big bus) or use MTR to Wong Tai Sin, The Peak, Mdm Tussauds, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Symphony of Lights at 8pm.

5. 3rd day-Ocean Park, victoria harbour, central and surrounding area.
Is it possible to cover in 3 days or vice versa? Please advise especially on transportation or did i miss any sites out.

Looking forward for a favourable reply. Tks.

If you plan to use the airport express during your trip and use MTR train much than the local public buses, the express travel pass are suggested.

I do not think it is much consuming for using the MTR trains and it is cheaper for taking the big buses than using the trains. The transportation method choosing depends on your own personal interests. In my opinion, I prefer to use the MTR to visit most of the places in HK.

I think the plan you mentioned at the third point is a pretty nice choice and you do can as you plan. You cannot pre-check in the hotel at the airport.

You can cover the places in three days, but the time may be a little bit tight. Maybe you can give up someone according to the time. All the places you mentioned can be reached by using the MTR trains, so you can use it to your destinations.
