Questions about,seating comforts,facility (bathroom),Clubhouse in Beijing,baggage,passanger services

We will appreciate if you answer the following questions to facilitate our present and future travels to India from
USA:

1. My wife and I like to fly Air China from Houston, TX, USA to New Delhi, India and return to Houston, TX, by Business Class. We DO NOT EAT ANY BEEF, PORK, or DUCK, but we eat CHICKEN. Do you supply dishes with Chicken preparation? Please let us know.

2. We flew Business Class to India before by Continental, American Airlines and Swiss Air (Boeing 777) due to back surgery of my wife. Do you have same type of Business Class Comfortable SEAT (which can be opened into BED for sleeping) and a very comfortable LEG SPACE, Arm rest etc. like the above airlines, because some time Boeing designs and installs SEATS and its associated adjoining Spaces as per Airlines Specifications! My question is do you have same standards as those of (above) International lines? Please let us know.

3. For flying to India we have to wait several hours at the International Airport. Do you have Air China Club House for providing some rest and food for Business Class passengers, like above airlines, I flew before. Please let us know.

4. What is the Check in Baggage and carry on luggage allowances for a Business Class passenger? Please let us know.

5. How is In Flight Facilities (Bath room, food service, etc.). Please let us know.

6. I am sure you have English Speaking Purser, Airhostess and Pilot so that we can speak and hear Announcement in English. Please let us know.

I am sure being a Major Airline in a Major Country in the world, your National Carrier - Air China has all the
facilities and services I asked. We will appreciate your answer to all six questions. Houston has one of the largest Indian Origin residents in US, as you know, and we love to visit India and China too. If Air China provides same
quality, or better in- flight, baggage allowances and Airport Club (BJ International) services, we like to consider Air China.
