Do i have to have a visa?

Hi am filipino I am a permanent resident holder in canada but not yet canadian citizen. I am filipino citizen. My flight from toronto to phe philippines has a lay over at shanghai for 4 hours.

Yes, you can enjoy free transit in Shanghai if the stopover is less than 24 hours.
