About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 Hour leniency

I am planning a trip to Beijing and the inbound flight lands at 8:05PM and the return flight is 3 days later 9:15PM. Will I need to apply for a Visa or is there some leniency because it is only 1 hour over?

Hi, it is ok because 72 hour free transit permit starts from 00:00 of the next day after entry. It is ok in the Beijing airport. But you should better confirm this with your carrier airline if possible.
