buy train tickets from guangzhou to changsha

we want to buy tickets from guangzhou to changsha at jun 13th 2014 with T264 from guangzhou 12.07 arrived changsha 19.14.
we need 9 adults and 2 childrens.
can we buy tickets from indonesia ? how to buy ?
we stay at guang sha hotel, no 3 konggang road march with rd 4, near baiyun international airport, can you delivered to my hotel at jun 12 th ?
because we arrived at hotel at arround 9 pm and tomorrow we have plant to changsha.

We can deliver the ticket to your hotel at Jun 12, but you need to book as soon as possible. it takes 1 - 2 days for the ticket to reach the hotel.
