About:China Tourist Visa

Do 90 days starting counted from the date of entrance into the Country or from the date Visa was issued?

I think you talked about the validity of visa, right? It's usually from the date of issue. If you check your visa page carefully, you will find "enter before". This is the validity. Duration of each stay is counted when you entered China. These are two different things.
