How many visa entries do I need?

Hi we are traveling to Beijing from Australia for a few days, then bullet train to Shangahi for a few more days then we fly to hong kong for 6 days where we will probably go to Schze for a day. WHich type do we need? Does going from bejing to shanghai by train two or one entry? Thanks
