if you have not got paper ticket, you can just cancel your booking and the get the money back to the bank card or credit card with which you paid for it. a service fee will be charged by the railway station, which 5%of the fare if the refund made over 48 hours prior to departure, 10% of the fare if refundment made between 24 hours and 48 hours before departure, and 20% will be charged for refundment within 24 hours.
