Would it be possible to obtain the 72hr free visa?

Hello,
I'm looking to travel to Beijing for a couple days to to see the Great Wall then travel to the Philippines there after. I'm looking to travel July 9-12 to Beijing then fly out to Manila, PI. Also, what security would I receive that this is credible?
