About:China Visa Application in UK

Can I apply for a visa from Estonia or Russia?

I am a British citizen and have booked to travel china through a tour company, but they have only just informed us that they don't supply service for this. Can you help please

Hi, it is difficult to apply in a third country actually. So better get it done in advance when you are in UK.
