Hello, how do i go to Milan Garden hotel in Wulin Square from Hangzhou airport? How much will it cost?

From the airport, you can take the shuttle bus Wulinmen Line to Wulinmen Civil Aviation Ticket Office in around 20RMB per person. Then take a taxi for your hotel. The taxi fare is around 10RMB.
