About:China Visa Application in UK

can I apply for my China business visa from Singapore itself ? How ?

I am a UK citizen & flying on business visit to Singapore next week. I will be travelling to China from Singapore the week after next and then back to UK from China. Since not much time left,

No, you can only apply for it in advance in the UK. Additional document (PR, WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP) is required if you want to apply for it in Singapore.
