Chinese Tourist visa for Belgians

Hello,
We are two Belgian nationals and we will be travelling in Iran for a month, before we head to China. We would like to get Chinese tourist visas to travel in China for one month, from the Embassy in Tehran. Is this possible?
Thank you for your help!

You can try to apply but it's hard to tell whether you will be successful. If you can't apply in Iran, you will have trouble in visiting mainland China. If possible, you may apply in Belgium before you go to Iran.
