About:China Tourist Visa

New rules applying to L visa's from HK -stayed in PRC for 2 years, applied L type before.

I am a European Union passport holder. I have been staying in Beijing for almost two years without returning to Holland. My current X2 type is valid until June 9th. In the past I have applied for a 30 days L type twice before. I am moving back to Europe permamently June 29th, meaning I need to acquire another L visa for 30 days. Is this allowed? What extra paperwork do I need to prepare? Am I still eligible for another L visa or will it be difficult? Visa application (any official procedure) stresses me out enormously, sorry for sounding stupid!

Hi, as I know, it is ok for you to apply for an extended stay for 30 more days without leaving. For extension itself, a valid Temporary Accommodation Registration Form issued by a local police station or a hotel; a proof of hotel reservation, itinerary, and airline tickets are required. As your current X2 is expiring soon, you can visit local PSB asap for this.
