You can take the airport shuttle bus to its terminal at the Gymnasium, Railway Station. Then walk along the Zunyi Road to the railway station.

The buses for Tongzi are from the Jinyang Bus Station on Jinyang Road, about 14km from the railway station. From the railway station, you can take the bus line 224 to reach Bihaiqiantu Bus Station. After get off the bus, you can walk several mintues to the Jinyang Bus Station.
