1. To Urumqi, I heard the buses are scheduled from 09:30 tp 14:30, but I am not sure the exact timetable. The buses to Urumqi and Turpan should be taken at Kashgar International Bus Station. 2. I remember the bus fare is around CNY200 in 2011. It may increase a little now. 3. Buses to the two places take 20-22h.
