working time at ticket counters in chengdu's railway station

Dear TravelChinaGuide,As I read above, it will take me 2 to 3 hours for changing from E-Ticket to Paper-Ticket at ticket counters in railway station. I will arrive at Chengdu's station at 6pm and then I want to catch up the train to Xian at 9.15pm. So I think I have enough time to do it. However I wonder, does the ticket counter open 24hours/7days? My schedule will be destroyed if it is closed.Could you please let me know what the working time at ticket counter in Chengdu's railway station is?Thank you so much.

Dear Phuong Dzung Nguyen, Thank you for enquiry!Please do not worry. The ticket counters at Chengdu Railway Station open 24hours/7days, so you can get your ticket after your arrival. Actually, it takes only a few minutes to change your e-ticket to paper ticket. We suggest our guests to arrive the station 2 - 3 hours prior to departure time as there may be long lines in front of the ticket counters.  According to your schedule, we think you have enough time. We suggest that you get your ticket right after arrival, and then have your supper at a nearby restaurant before get onboard, as the food onboard is usually not very good. We also suggest that you have supper at the well-known fast food restaurants like KFC, McDonald's, or DICOS, because food there are fast, clean and up to your taste. You just need to enter the station 1 hour prior to the departure time. Check-in starts 30 minutes before departure.
