1. Should i have to go to People's Square to catch this Huzhu Express Bus?2. Which exit should I take in People's Square Subway train station to reach the Bus station?

Well, you can go to People's Square, Pu'an Road to take the Huzhu Express Bus to the water town, but the bus stop is closer to the exit 4 of Dashijie metro station. As well as that way, you can also take a taxi to North Caoxi Road within 5-8min. At North Caoxi Road bus stop, take Shangtai Bus Line to Qingpu Bus Station, where transfer to another bus to arrive fast!
