where to meet arrival from international flight in Terminal 2 in Beijing Capital Airport

hi. i am arriving from USA in terminal 2 and then meet a friend from Cambodia in terminal 2 several hours later. I want to meet him OUTSIDE the immigration and customs area. Is there a starbucks or other coffee shop or restaurant open to the public where he can meet me in Terminal 2 (so we do not get lost). He has never traveled to China before and I want to make sure that this is a good experience and we find each other! Thanks!
