Sort of, but you need transfer for several times on the way: take airport express train to Sanyuanqiao, where transfer to subway line 10 to Liuliqiao. Then transfer to line 9 to the West Railway Station. Besides, airport shuttle bus line 7 can directly take you there, which seems more convenient!8
