Mobile shop in terminal 3

I'm travelling to BJ later this month and would like to buy a Sim Card or even rent a mobile phone to use while I am in China. I'll be arriving into terminal 3. Do you know whether there is a shop in Terminal 3 where I could buy a Sim Card or rent a mobile phone?
