About:China Visa on Arrival

Can you help me? I am an American citizen living with a Colombian visa in Colombia.

I have everything finished for my China visa but the travel will not submit my application without a cedula or Colombian ID.

That is true Chinese embassy does not accept applications from temporary visitors. So, you may have to apply in the US instead.
