About:Tibet Travel Tips

Permissions to Tibet

Dear All,
I have been trying to set a trip to Tibet, however I was informed that I am required to travel at least with one more person from the same nationality - I am a foreigner with Z visa in China. Is this true? There are many inconsistent information around may agency websites.

Yes, its true. Individual foreigners are not allowed to travel in Tibet alone. They need to go there as a group with their Tibet Travel Permit.
