validity of the visa application form

Question

The visa application form which is available to download in this website is for 2013. Can we use the same form for this year(2014)? if not where can I find the application form for 2014?

There is no 2014 version. It's ok for you to apply with the 2013 version application form. Here 2013 means that the new form was put into use in 2013.
