Uploading Passport Photos

Good afternoon,
Is it really necessary to upload scanned pictures of passports for the entire passenger party prior to ticket issuance? Also, can one person with all four passenger passports collect tickets for all four without the other members present?
Thank you

Dear RSC,
Thank for enquiry!
If you book with us, yes, you need to provide the copies or scanned pictures of passports for the entire passenger party prior to ticket issuance.
One person can pick up the tickets for other members, but he/she has to carry the orriginal passports of other members.
