About:Yangzhou Street Scene

X2 visa application problems

Hi, I'm gonna be in Hangzhou for the summer as a tourist and start in september to study for a semester and I will apply for X2 type. I knew that I had to exit China to apply for it but now I read that i can only apply from my home country (spain) Can i apply for the x2 in hong kong? or japan? (i wanna visit there) Thanks in advance for your help.

Sergio, I am afraid that you may not apply in HK. It requires that all applicants must provide their HK resident status when they apply there.
