Departure from outward office of exchange location 10010200

For five business days now, my status has been stuck on departure from outward office of exchange. My tacking no. is RA476166068CN. I've ordered from Aliexpress, and my buyer protection ends in 17 days, if i don't recive the order by then my purchase protection will end, and i wont be able to refund if product is not as decribed. Sorry for bad spelling.
