departure from outward office of exchange location 10010200

Question

For five business days now, my status has been stuck on departure from outward office of exchange. My tacking no. is RA476166068CN. I've ordered from Aliexpress, and my buyer protection ends in 17 days, if i don't recive the order by then my purchase protection will end, and i wont be able to refund if product is not as decribed. Sorry for bad spelling.Thanks!

There is nothing you can do, Daniel. You may wait for two weeks more. If you still don't get it, then you may ask for the protection before it expires.
