If I was to purchase a ticket from New York via Beijing (less than 72 hrs) to Hong Kong, do I qualify for the 72 hrs free transit?（if Hong Kong S.A.R. is consider a 3rd country or special region? And if return routing is the same can I enjoy the same 72 hrs free privilege twice in the same trip?
