Hi, does anybody know where and how to get a special permit for Tibet in Xi'an? What documents are

needed? Thanks!

To travel in Tibet, you need to join a tour through any Chinese travel agency, so you are recommended to apply for the travel permit from a travel agency, for which I used Travel China Guide for your reference! I just provided the copies of my passport and visa and they succeeded giving me a permit! Oh, if needed, here is their email address: tours@travelchinaguide.com
