Please my parcel has had the status of "Departure from outward office of exchange" status for almost 10 days(Since May 13th 2014). It has not been shipped. Who can help me track it. RC549524687CN

I am confuse can someone help me out, I send a parcel containing phones to Nigeria from Malta n with I track it, it said held by custom since on the 2nd of August.
