About:China Postal Service

how to track it in my country?

I'm also waiting for 40 days already. All I want to know is how I can track a package once is in my country (Peru). I have read that they will let me know if the deliver fails but I still want to check with the local post service. That leads to my real question, how can I know which is my local post service? I have tried in Serpost, which I assumed was the one but I got no results. What can I do now? My tracking number is RC808010005CN.

Maria, it's too sad to tell you that you can not track the status after it was sent out of China. Usually, the parcel will be delivered via your national post. You may visit its branch in your area and check if it arrives.

I tracked your parcel on China Post website and the status is "Departure from outward office of exchange". I am afraid that your parcel is still in China.
