About:China Customs Declaration

Do these need to be declared on the Customs Declaration form?

I am attending a congress where we have an exhibition booth. I am taking in some promotional giveaways. Is it useful to have a 'non commercial value' letter with them?

According to what I find, you'd better declare these products. If they just giveaways, you need to provide the related documents.
