About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Venezuelan eligibility for TWOV?

I have a Venezuelan passport and a Hong Kong ID card; when I travel Hong Kong- via Beijing to Tokyo- can i pass through Beijing airport (4 hour stop) visa free?
I have onward tickets and a Japan tourist visa.

Please advise.
