Wrong tracking number!

My tracking number is RC201963295CN but it is not working and it's been a little over a month. my supplier says it is the right number, but it isn't working. is there anyway you can help?

Zuleka, you may ask him to provide the receipt that China Post gave to him. If he couldn't, I am afraid that you were scammed.
