Old Visa Date In Application

I want to apply tourist L Visa.

I got one time tourist L Visa in 2010 but I forgot the date of issue & Number of Visa. Further, I cannot find any evidence in my old passport for this previous Visa. Should I report this situation in new application ?.

It's not necessary to mention the old one as it has been over 10 years. Normally they need your previous China visa within 5 years.
