I am afraid not, unless you are reside in Sarawak, Sabah, or Labuanx. Otherwise, you may have to apply for it in Indonesia.

because I live in the border area kuching, if I ask for it in Indonesia, too much traveling, and also had to get on a plane to the destination of china embassy in Indonesia, whereas when passing from kuching city may be closer and faster, what if you simply can not ask for it in kuching?

Sorry, you can not apply in Kuching as I know. Anyway, you can try to confirm this with CVASC in Kuching directly. Tel: 03-21758888
