About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Are there Chinese airline offices in Pudong Airport?

Can i know whether are there Chinese airline offices in PVG where one can collect the inflight magazines and Timetables of the Chinese airlines like China Eastern, Spring Airlines and Juneyao Airlines? Or are they only available in their town offices only?

Is there Maglev train service between Pudong and Hongqiao Airports?

Sorry, I am not clear about the Chinese Airlines office at the airport, but you can dial 86-021-96990 to consult!

Actually the maglev only operates between PVG and Longyang Road, so it cannot take you directly to Hongqiao Airport. Then you have two ways to go:
By Maglev to Longyang Road and then transfer to local subway line 2 to get there;
Take shuttle bus line 1 at PVG to get there directly!

The Airports Authority does not know the Chinese airlines' offices' presence at PVG. That number you provide only answers Lost and Found matters and other queries related to the Airport, not airlines. So unfriendly call centre.
