About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Why is my package so long in Guangzhou? It's still NULL in my status. Nothing changed since 29.04...

What's going on?

NULL refers to that your parcel was checked by the customs at an airport. After that, it would be sent overseas. Once it is in transit, the place is hard to locate, so there is no update for some time! This is pretty normal. Just wait!
