What were 2 technologies from India and Persia/the Middle East on the Silk Road?

Though a material that I read, it's siad that the technique of silkworm breeding/keeping was spread from the Middle East, but not sure if it is precise. And the orginal spice seemd from India and the philosophy of Buddhism was spread in!
