Good afternoon,
Mr.Dimitrov is bulgarian cityzen, holding valid national passport with more than 6 months validity.
He is supposed to join a ship in Port of Tianjin (Xingang) on 17-May-2014.
Does he require a chinese visa and what is the procedure to obtain it if required?
