Filipino Visa to China

My wife is a Filipino with a Singapore DP pass, can she apply for a China Visa here in Singapore ? If so would she need an invite letter? I will be working in China in a few months and I have a China visa. Thanks

Yes, she can apply for a Chinese visa at China Embassy in Singapore. She does need an invitation letter which can be issued by the company where you will work!
