Id like to know what happened to my mail and its tracker.

i ordered some stuff online back in march. its already june and i haven't seen any updates. my tracking number is RC477596143CN. ive messaged the people i ordered from and they say they cant do anything because its already shipped. I don't know what to do.

They are correct. As the parcel is on the way, no one can help! As it has been such a long time, it may have arrived. I suggest you check it at your local post office right now! If it doesn't arrive, you may have nothing to do but wait!
