is there a shuttle bus from pudong international to nanjing road

No, there is no direct one. Anyway, you can take shuttle bus line 6 to get off at Laoximen and then catch a taxi to travel around 2.5km to get to Nanjing Road. Or use local subway line 2 to go from PVG to reach directly!
